Improving the accuracy of free-form surface machining on CNC milling machines

STRESZCZENIE: W artykule przedstawiono metodę poprawy dokładności wytwarzania powierzchni swobodnych. Metoda polega na wykonaniu pomiarów współrzędnościowych wstępnie wytworzonego obiektu oraz na przebudowie jego nominalnego modelu geometrycznego w celu skompensowania występujących błędów obróbkowych.

ABSTRACT: This article presents a method of increasing the accuracy of the production of free-form surfaces. This method is based on the execution of coordinate measurements of the pre-treated object and reconstruction of its nominal geometric model in order to compensate existing machining errors.
